0. Important Notice (Consent & Lawful Use)

• TrueNotification is intended for parents/guardians to monitor devices used by their minor children for safety.
• You must have legal authority over the child device and obtain consent as required by your local laws.
• You agree to provide clear notice to the child that monitoring is enabled, and you will not use TrueNotification for secret monitoring.
• Misuse (harassment, stalking, spying) is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region) to use TrueNotification as a parent/guardian. You may use the app only to monitor devices you own or are legally authorized to manage.

2. Acceptable Use

• Use only for lawful parental monitoring, child safety, and family protection
• Use only on devices you own or have legal authority over
• Keep the child informed of monitoring where legally required
• Do not attempt to bypass security, access other accounts, or exploit the service

3. Prohibited Use

• Monitoring adults without their explicit consent
• Monitoring any device you do not own or lack legal authority over
• Using the app for harassment, stalking, surveillance, or covert tracking
• Using the app in violation of privacy, wiretapping, or data protection laws
• Reverse engineering, tampering, or attempting to disrupt the service

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, device pairing codes, and session tokens. You are responsible for all activity performed under your account, including actions by anyone you grant access to.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be affected by device settings, Android OS restrictions, internet connectivity, or third-party services (such as FCM).

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you are violating these Terms, misusing the app, or using it unlawfully. We may also suspend accounts to protect users, comply with law, or prevent fraud/abuse.

7. Subscriptions & Payments (If Applicable)

If TrueNotification offers paid subscriptions, they are processed via Google Play Billing (where available). Subscription renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow Google Play’s policies and your local consumer laws.

8. Privacy

Your use of TrueNotification is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and how you can request deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

TrueNotification is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: (a) misuse or unauthorized use, (b) legal consequences arising from your actions, (c) indirect or consequential damages, or (d) service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are material, we may provide notice via the app or website. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
