You can request deletion of your TrueNotification account and associated data at any time. We process deletion requests as fast as possible, and we never sell your personal data.

1. How to request deletion

  • Submit the form below using your registered email or registered phone number.
  • We may ask for additional verification to prevent unauthorized deletion.
  • Typical processing time: within 7 business days.

3. What data is deleted

  • Account profile (name/email/phone)
  • Paired device links (parent-child pairings)
  • Stored monitoring records (notifications, usage summaries, device status) associated with your account
  • Support conversations linked to your account (if any)

4. What data may be retained

  • Payment/subscription records processed by Google Play (handled by Google Play Billing)
  • Limited server logs for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance (retained up to 30 days)

5. FAQ

Do I need to cancel my subscription first? +
Yes. Please cancel your subscription from Google Play to stop future billing. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel Google Play billing.
How do you verify ownership? +
We verify using your registered email/phone and may request additional confirmation to prevent unauthorized deletions.
How long does deletion take? +
Typically within 7 business days. Some logs may be retained up to 30 days for security and legal reasons.
